All our products are eligible for delivery by parcel to your home.

  • Standard delivery time: 3 to 10 business days

Shipping fees

Shipping fees vary depending on the amount of your order*.

Return policy

All products must be returned within 10 days of receipt of the order. No refunds or returns are possible after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.

  • Sale or final sale items

We reserve the right to refuse or not refund the full price of the returned item if it does not meet the above conditions.

Refund and exchange policy (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a maximum of 5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  1. First, check again your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How to return an item

By carrier or by mail

To return a purchase made online, send us the unused item in its original packaging along with a copy of your original invoice to: 249 rue beaupré, Sainte-Annes-Des-Plaines, Qc, J5N 0R2

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
