Chinese medicine coach and specializes in the oriental art of living as a therapy.
She studied Chinese Dietetics with Jeffrey Yuen, 88th generation Taoist master, and was mentored by Andrew Sterman, student of Mr. Yuen and practitioner of Chinese dietetics, author of Welcoming Food - Diet as medicine.
Since then, she has offered many Chinese dietetic classes to the general public as well as to acupuncturists. She is also the creator of the online course: Digestive Alchemy - Digest Better Through Mindfulness and Chinese Medicine.
She lives in the Laurentians and cultivates a garden of Asian vegetables and medicinal plants.
